Understand who wrote to you, what they ask and by when.

What happens when you upload a letter

    The file is stored in your private document vault, encrypted in transit and at rest, and visible only to you.

  2. 02

    Civena reads the letter and identifies the sender, the date, what is requested and any deadline. Personal identifiers such as AHV numbers are removed before AI processing.

    You see a plain-language explanation with the extraction confidence. Anything uncertain is marked; you can correct every field.

  4. 04

    Deadlines and requested documents become actions in a case, with reminders. Civena prepares; you decide and submit.
