About Civena
Civena exists because Swiss administration is well organised but spread across the Confederation, 26 cantons and around 2,100 communes. Knowing what applies to you, when and where, still takes too much searching.
What we do
Civena turns life events — moving, a new permit, a child, a new business — into clear, sourced steps and keeps track of them with you. Where an official service already does the job well, such as eMovingCH or EasyGov, Civena sends you there instead of copying it.
Independence
Civena is a private company’s service. It is not a government website, not affiliated with any authority and does not act on behalf of one. Official information is cited with its source.
Principles
- Official sources first, with dates you can check.
- Rules decide; AI explains.
- No simulated submissions: “ready to submit” is never presented as “submitted”.
- Your data belongs to you: export or delete it at any time.
